It was quite spectacular!

I have always enjoyed lightening and thunder storms but I have never lived on a farm where I had to deal so regularly with the damage.
ReplyDeleteGrace and Peace.
So it appears. I enjoyed thunderstorms as a kid, until I saw the damage some reeked.
ReplyDeleteWe rarely have lightning hitting the ground. It is usually sheet lighting so very few fires. I was once baling straw in Florida and there was a lightning storm. You could see the strikes like they were walking towards you. I was not nervous and sat watching the display, quite in awe, until I smelled the ozone. Then I got to thinking perhaps the warnings were in fact correct!
