It has been languishing behind a barn in Junction City.
This is what happens when you languish behind a barn in Junction City
It looks a lot better after ten bucks worth of quarters in at the local carwash.
This is what it looked like in 2002, at a park in Verona, Missouri on November 2, 2002.
It looks much better attached to a Ford.
ReplyDeleteNeeds to be my 1967 Ford which only needs a little work...
DeleteThe 460 got 7 mph going to get the trailer and 8 coming back with it. Truck didn't know it was pulling a trailer. Difference was I drove 65 mph on the way and 55 on the way back. The 350 Chevy got 14 mpg with trailer and as low as 4 mph with the trailer.
ReplyDeleteIt would look even better behind an International!
ReplyDeleteOr a Studebaker
DeleteWas going to call you but it was a quick trip. Things went wrong. Had to replace serpentine belt tensioner along the way. Had to get to Rears before the closed at noon. Had to get home before 3 p.m.
DeleteDidn't get home before 3 p.m.
And a fine visit it was.
ReplyDeleteI've seen faces with the same expression as that languishing truck. Nothing morning coffee won't cure.
BBQ in the Snow? Precariously Parked in a Pig Pasture?
DeleteNice trailer. I like it with the ford also.
ReplyDeleteI wish I still had the Chevy but then I remember why I sold it...
