A note to readers

I apologize for not responding to all your comments. I've somewhat viewed blogging as more of a conversation than a statement and like to see what you have to say in response to my random rants.
I've had some motivational issues this summer which result in me not getting up quite as early as I should and the battery on my laptop is not working correctly and so my habit of taking the laptop into the ...... um perhaps you don't need to know that.....
Let us say that changes in logistics have resulted in my use of an iPhone to check my blog and to post and it is rather difficult to use it to respond to comments.
Posting has languished for this reason as well.
Life is full of pain and suffering, it is a bitter struggle....
Have a piece of pie and remember the good times and forget the bad...
blah, blah, blah, blah, blah....
